The Conception Game after PCOS

When we were trying to have Baby J, I was diagnosed with PCOS. It took us 18 months of charting, temp taking, and finally Provera to regulate my cycles but we did it!
This time around I am trying to take control of my body before it comes to any meds to have a baby. The first time I was still hanging onto all of my extra college weight. So after J was born I lost all of my pregnancy weight plus an additional 20 lbs. I also am taking a really heavy duty Prenatal supplement. Just those small changes seem to have made a HUGE difference so far. Before I knew I had PCOS, my cycles were 150 days or longer, and now they are down to 41 days! I am still nursing my 18 month old Baby J so I did not expect to be this "regular." I guess time will tell, but things seem to be looking up and maybe we will have an easier time this go around.

Good; I do more looking around on Blog's too. I see it more exciting then Facebook, Twitter and now Google plus, that my friends and family got me in too.In Blogger people are more openly and freely to write or some times add pictures.I have one called Life line 2 that I write or add pictures that can not be shared, but people can add a comment or two, and LIFE LINE that I add random stuff that I find and that can be shared to F/B, G+,or Twitter kinda like of what you have here in your Blog. Chat with you later and you keep on writing and I'll keep on reading and add a comment or two every a then.
